Zen House Hours & Rates

Thank you for your interest in booking Zen House for your event. Before inquiring about pricing, please read the information below.

Per the Fire Marshall, Zen House occupancy is set to 80 people seated inside, 65 people on the porch. The venue comes with the following:

• 8 square tables

• 1 rectangular table

• 1 bar height table

• 7 bar stools

• 60 dining chairs

Our rental hours are :

Sunday-Thursday, 7am-11pm

Friday and Saturday, 9am-1am

Failure to be out of the venue before these times will result in losing half of your deposit automatically.

• A $200 Non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve the venue

Our rental prices range from a minimum $400 to up to $900 depending on the day of the week and how many hours you book.

A/V:

A designated Zen House sound engineer is required at all events where a band or DJ will be present for an additional fee of $200. If you are only using Bluetooth to our speakers, you do not need the sound engineer.

Other add-ons:

• Professional Lighting + $350

• Bartender + $300

• Karaoke Host + $300

*All rentals are BYOB. We can assist in hiring a bartender, but you must supply your own alcohol.

* Your rental includes: tables, chairs, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels.
